Tenant Screening & Placement

Comprehensive background checks to find reliable tenants who will treat your property with care. Tenant placement fee is 1 month’s rent.
Rent Collection

Timely and hassle-free rent collection, ensuring a steady cash flow for your investments. Property management fee is 10% of monthly gross rent collected.
Maintenance Management

Fast, affordable, and efficient handling of all maintenance requests, keeping both tenants and owners happy. Normal handyman work is $50/hr. If a job is over $500 then owner approval is required.
Occupancy Inspections

Getting units passed inspection can be a challenge. We deal with the municipal inspectors, repair items and getting you that occupancy permit.
Marketing & Leasing

Professional listings and video tours to attract qualified tenants quickly. We have a 10 year YouTube channel with walkthoughs to show potential tenants. This saves us a lot of time before meeting in person for a showing.
